We act as referral counsel on judicial review for lawyers and RCICs who do not litigate. The underlying client relationship remains yours.
Both consultants and lawyers can represent a person before IRCC. Only a lawyer can appear in the Federal Court of Canada and offer solicitor-client privilege. If a decision has to be challenged in court rather than re-applied for, you need a lawyer.
