Global Talent Stream.
One LMIA stream among several. We also file high-wage LMIAs, FTA professional permits, and intra-company transfers. The route depends on passport, duties, and timing.
ESDC publishes the occupations, wage rules, and benefit-plan requirements. We prepare the LMIA and the work permit that follows when this stream is the right one. It is not the starting point for every hire.

Other employer paths
- FTA professional permits when citizenship and duties fit a closed list. No LMIA.
- High-wage LMIA when Global Talent Stream does not apply. Flat professional fee $6,000.
- Intra-company transfer, where the company structure supports it.
